Customers may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Requests made after 3 days will not be considered.

An exchange will be approved only if:
✔ The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
✔ Original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging are intact
✔ The item is in original, resalable condition
✔ Order ID / proof of purchase is provided

Damaged product received
Incorrect item delivered (wrong size, color, or product)
Since CHERELI ensures exact size, genuine quality, and strict quality checks, exchanges due to personal preference or change of mind are not accepted.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Shapewear & intimate bottoms
Products with removed or damaged hygiene seals/tags
Items showing signs of use, wear, or washing
